    Community Manager – Sinn Studio

    Responsibilities 
    • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the player community in line with our mission and vision.
    • Understand audience and brand tone, ensuring consistent messaging and creating compelling content/initiatives.
    • Build relationships with community members to enhance satisfaction and collaborate on updates and strategy.
    • Foster community spirit and cultivate a positive online atmosphere, responding promptly to feedback and discussions.
    • Optimize Discord server functionality, roles, integrations, and security while suggesting enhancements.
    • Provide actionable feedback to enhance player experience.
    • Monitor and analyze community growth, sentiment and engagement metrics, using insights to help shape future strategies and decisions.
    • Relay community feedback, help facilitate testing, and collaborate on community content creation.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends and competitive analysis in community building and online engagement; contributing innovative and novel ideas/activities.
    • Other related duties as required.
    Qualifications

    • 2-4+ years in community management, specializing in building and nurturing online gaming communities.
    • Experience with VR / MR.
    • Deep knowledge and understanding of Discord and proficient in related software/platforms.
    • Developed and executed content strategies to drive community growth with a passion to cultivating a vibrant and engaged community.
    • Managed communities for games/franchises in the XR gaming industry, including experience with game or feature launches.
    • Experience managing servers with player communities of 5000+ individuals.
    • Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Adept at connecting with a variety of individuals and expressing ideas clearly and engagingly.
    • Comfortable as a public-facing representative for the game and studio, following brand guidelines with a flair of fun and being personable.
    • Data-driven approach to community management, rapidly translating feedback and KPIs with diligence into actionable strategies.
    • Cross-functional collaboration with development, marketing, and QA teams. Mentored colleagues, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Self-motivated, with a creative mindset for organizing online events, initiatives and activities.
    • Comfortable being in a virtual environment for varying times wearing a VR headset.
    Added Advantages:
    • Experience with PC and console experience preferred over mobile.
    • Understanding of adjacent platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Twitch.
    • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, other related fields or relevant experience.
    • An authentic understanding and passion about games / working in the industry.
  • Drinkbox Studios

    2D/3D Generalist – Drinkbox Studios

    Responsibilities

    Drinkbox Studios is a collaborative environment. We’re seeking someone with great communication skills and a flexible problem-solving mind. Responsibilities will include:

    • Working with the Art Director to define a unique look for the environmental objects and characters
    • Creation of 2D/3D art (drawing, modelling, and texturing) including environmental props, enemies, NPCs, etc.
    • Decoration of levels using 2D/3D environmental objects, lighting, and effects to match the intended Art Direction / Concept Art
    • Ability to take initiative and quickly prototype
    • Ability to communicate effectively with Production, Design, and Art teams

    The Ideal Candidate has

    • Professional 2D drawing and 3D modelling/texturing experience
    • Ability to create high-quality stylized 3D characters
    • Experience with level decoration, including lighting and effect placement
    • Experience integrating art into game engines and using 3D art pipelines
    • Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or equivalent
    • Proficiency in Photoshop
    • Willing to think technically, learn new tools, and solve creative problems
    • Self sufficient when it comes to problem solving, time management and task management.
    • A passion for video games and video game art
    • Experience with rigging, animation or VFX creation is a plus

    Game Capture Artist – Digital Extremes

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Step behind Warframe’s Captura & Engine tools to capture industry leading gameplay footage
    • Work closely with the Video Team Leads to understand the creative direction to achieve both clarity and gameplay excellence in recorded footage
    • Improve your craft and the technologies enabling it by working closely with teammates
    • Imagine creative solutions to delight players and achieve the goals set in creative briefs
    • Actively participate in the feedback loop, accepting and contributing feedback within the Marketing Team
    • Edit Footage to create compelling sequences
    • Multitask effectively and prioritize competing demands while tackling tight deadlines with quality results
    • Other responsibilities as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 1+ Year(s) experience capturing gameplay footage for a studio, company or channel
    • Experience achieving strategic objectives/creative strategy within video assets
    • Knowledge of video formats and different platform requirements
    • Proficient in video editing techniques and software (Ex: Adobe Premiere)
    • Have a good eye for composition and cinematography with knowledge of lighting and camera techniques

    PREFERRED EXTRAS

    • Bonus if familiar with game engines (like Unreal or Unity)

    Visual Effects Artist – Game Pill

    Required

    – 3+ years of experience in real-time VFX for games
    – Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5.1, specifically in combat particle effects
    – Strong understanding of VFX optimization for real-time performance
    – A portfolio showcasing relevant samples of your VFX work
    -Ability to collaborate remotely with a game development team

    Nice to Have:

    – Experience with shader creation
    – Familiarity with Niagara particle system in UE5
    – Strong communication and organizational skills
