Ubisoft Toronto’s Star Wars Triumph
Ubisoft Toronto has made Ontario proud with its role in the narrative design of Star Wars Outlaws, which was developed in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games and Massive Entertainment. The game is up for multiple nominations at The 2024 Game Awards, including Best Performance, Best Action/Adventure, and Innovation in Accessibility. This marks a significant milestone in showcasing Ontario’s game industry talent on the global stage.

Ontario’s Indie Game Developers Steal the Show
The Indie Game Awards 2024 highlights the creativity of Ontario’s game developers. Nominations include Hilltop Games’ Lil’ Guardsman for Best Debut Game, Black Tabby Games (Slay the Princess) for Community Management, InsertDisc5’s In Stars and Time for Emotional Impact, and Julia Minamata’s The Crimson Diamond for Women-Led Game.
