We are seeking a Lead Unreal Engine Developer with a passion for building compelling VR games and experiences. Our developers work on small teams, have lots of responsibility and are recognized for their incredible work. Required Skills

4+ years of C++ and blueprinting development in the Unreal Engine 4
Thorough understanding of UE4 architecture and preferred pipelines
Shipped at least 1 game on a major platform (Steam, Playstation, Xbox, Meta, Switch)
Previous leadership experience
Experience in analyzing and optimizing performance bottlenecks
Ability to accurately scoping features
Ability to write clear, maintainable and optimized code.
