Required Skills

Have a deep passion for games and the games industry;
3+ years of experience working as a monetization designer (or equivalent);
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
Experience creating diagrams and mockups (Figma, sketch, or equivalent);
In-depth knowledge of the game industry and its monetization strategies/structures;
Understanding of economics and statistics;
Capable of self-time management and task management;
Knowledge of user analytics tools.
