You will become a core part of Lightning Rod's technical team working closely with our designers and artists to develop games using the Unity 3D engine.
The work will primarily focus on three things:
Tool development: building frameworks so that writers, designers, and artists can be more productive.
Feature development: implementing in-game features that meet designer specifications.
Prototyping: working with artists and designers to test new game or feature concepts in a quick and dirty manner.
You will work closely with our co-founder, Steven, who will teach you how to approach difficult tasks, organize your work, and architect clean production-level code.
