The inaugural Hollywood Reporter: Women in Entertainment Canada event is just a few weeks away, kicking off May 30th at Toronto’s Park Hyatt, and the Ontario games industry will be well represented.

Karen Thorne-Stone, President & CEO of Ontario Creates, and Ericka Evans, Studio Partner and Head of Production at Phantom Compass, will both be a part of the event’s ‘Women To Watch’ showcase, a panel discussion featuring Canadian women making waves in the world of entertainment.

The ‘Women To Watch’ showcase will also feature Keziah Myers, Executive Director, ADVANCE, Canada’s Black Music Business Collective, writer-director Zoe Hopkins, screenwriter, actor, and producer Rabiya Mansoor, and singer-songwriter / Ishkode Records co-founder Amanda Rheaume.
