Ontario game developers and studios were at the forefront of the 2024 Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, taking home awards and being recognized on the world stage by global industry players.

1. Over 60 Ontario game studios attended GDC 2024
2. Visai Games’ Venba won three GDC / IGF Awards
3. Sinn Studio Inc.’s Swordsman VR headlined the Meta booth
4. 7 of the 8 GDC Best in Play winners were Ontario-made games
5. The high-profile Ontario Creates booth showcased games and developers from the province to publishers, investors, and conference attendees
