Unity VFX Artist – Pushing Vertices

Pushing Vertices is looking for a contract Unity VFX Artist for RollerGirl. A key part of RollerGirl is rollerblading to curated MP3 tracks that set the mood and vibe of the gameplay. With this mechanic, the player changes the game world – mood, visuals, NPC interactions, and quest availability by changing the in-game music track. You will be working with our programmer to design our music mechanic and also refine lighting and shaders in the game to deliver an atmospheric experience.

Pushing Vertices is a small fully remote team based in Ontario, Canada. We are a team-oriented studio that values the input of all team members equally. We are working on our first title, RollerGirl.

Senior Gameplay Designer – Epic Games

Epic Games is looking for a Senior Gameplay Designer to join us in working on LEGO Fortnite. In this role, you’ll utilize your gameplay experience, design sensibilities, and knowledge of the Unreal Engine to push the quality of the project forward and invent ways to delight players with exciting new gameplay experiences.

Team Lead Animator [Far Cry Project] – Ubisoft Toronto

Ubisoft Toronto is one of the largest development studios within Ubisoft, employing talented people from around the world. We create worlds and tell stories that grip you, inspire you and challenge you. Since opening in 2010, we have shipped innovative game projects on some of Ubisoft’s biggest brands: Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Watch Dogs, For Honor and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell.

As a Team Lead Animator at Ubisoft, you will support and drive AAA quality standards for the animation team, work with Directors and Production Management team on animation style and quality expectations, and collaborate with our other project function and studio teams.

Rockstar Games is looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Artist focused on Animation to help research and develop new technology for future titles as well as improve on existing technology and tools. This role will involve the development of new approaches and workflows within the scope of animation including core animation as well as facial motion capture (facial animation, tracking, and recognition).
