After 20 months of legal battles around the world, Microsoft officially closes the Activision Blizzard deal and welcomes its teams to the Xbox team.

Franchises ranging from Overwatch, Diablo, and Call of Duty to Candy Crush are now published by Microsoft / Xbox Game Studios. The deal becomes Microsoft’s largest ever acquisition deal, after its purchase of ZeniMax Media in 2021.
