Chivalry 2 is getting a major update called the Reclamation Update (2.9) in August. Prior to the update, PC owners on the Epic Games Store will have a limited-time Live Test preview on July 18. The update will introduce several new features, including a new Team Objective map called “The Reclamation of Montcrux” and an Free-for-All map set in a desert. Additionally, there will be two limited-time modes called Last Peasant Standing and Mounted Combat Arena. A new weapon, the Siege Crossbow, will be added, along with combat changes and quality-of-life improvements.
